BravoSolution, the premier provider of global supply management solutions, today announced that founding CEO Federico Vitaletti will depart from his position following a successful seven-year tenure. Mr. Vitaletti will stay on as BravoSolution Chairman. Current COO Nader Sabbaghian has assumed the role of CEO.

BravoSolution’s new CEO, Nader Sabbaghian, was unanimously selected by the BravoSolution board of directors. “Nader has been a key member of our team from the start and one of my closest advisors over the years. He embodies the dynamic, ambitious and international spirit of our company and is ideally suited to lead BravoSolution into it’s next stage as a truly global supply management leader,” said Mr. Vitaletti.

Mr. Sabbaghian has played an active role in the success of BravoSolution since he joined the organisation in 2001, shortly after its inception. He subsequently opened the BravoSolution office in London in 2005 and has led that office to its current position as one of BravoSolution’s most successful operating subsidiaries. In addition, Mr Sabbaghian led the team responsible for the recent acquisitions of Mobile Workers in France and Verticalnet in the United States. Under his leadership, both acquisitions have been successfully integrated and are contributing ahead of plan to BravoSolution’s results.

“I am honoured to take on this exciting new role within BravoSolution,” said Mr. Sabbaghian. “I am immensely proud of our accomplishments so far, and look forward to leading this talented team as we continue to drive supply management excellence for all of our clients.”

As founding CEO, Mr. Vitaletti oversaw the rapid expansion of BravoSolution, leading the business through its founding as a small supply management organisation to its current position as one of the top three supply management companies in the world, and delivering sustained profitability within four years of its founding.
